We look forward to hosting you, and hope that you understand there are some standard rules by necessity. This is our home as well, we ask that you treat this house as if it were your home too.

House Rules:

• Maximum number of guests is 8

• No large parties

• No smoking on property

• No drug use on property

• The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older

• Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Sunday through Friday and 11pm-8am on Friday and Saturday. Being outside is fine, and playing music in the house is fine. We just need to be sure we don’t disturb the neighbors.

• No fires 

• No fireworks

• All guests must abide by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Barnstable County
